Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Pawzzle mystery scoops!

Because our boxes are curated as mystery sets, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges simply because you change your mind. This ensures every box remains special and fair for all customers.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, before processing begins.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are only available if an item is damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs for these items will be covered by us.

3. Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our mystery boxes, we cannot offer exchanges.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (or estimated delivery date).

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
