We ship worldwide!

We want your Pawzzle scoops to arrive safely and quickly, no matter where you are.
Here’s everything you need to know about shipping with us.

 

Maximum Order & Shipping Limit

  • Due to Australia Post’s International Standard shipping limits, we accept up to 5 scoops per order (max ~2 kg).
  • Orders exceeding this limit may be canceled by us. Please place multiple orders if you’d like to order more than 5 scoops.


Pawzzle Scoop Shipping Rates

**Due to recent changes in U.S. customs rules, the previous “De Minimis” exemption has been removed. This means all parcels shipped to the U.S. are now subject to import duties and tariffs.

To comply with these regulations and ensure smooth delivery, an additional AU$16 per Pawzzle scoop has been added to the shipping cost for U.S. orders. This helps cover the tariff and ensures your order arrives safely and without delay.


Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Australia: 3–7 business days
  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • Asia (Cambodia, Japan, Korea, etc.): 7–15 business days
  • US / Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Other international destinations: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs and local postal services.


Customs & Import Taxes

  • Other Countries: Any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by your local customs office.

  • U.S. Orders: An additional AU$16.00 per scoop is added to shipping to cover the U.S. import tariff, so you won’t be charged extra at delivery.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot control delays caused by customs inspections.

 

Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

  • While we do our best to ship orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or extreme weather.

  • Please allow extra time for international deliveries, especially during holidays or peak seasons.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

    • We carefully package all orders, but if your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement if possible.
